    Hello Deepak.

I need some help. I have a Vodafone prepaid account and I happened to go abroad for an extended period (around 3 months).
Now during this prepaid, as told to me by a Vodafone customer care executive, International Roaming got activated on my number, as a result of which Rs. 99 was deducted from my balance.

Now when I returned, I checked my balance, it was -129 (Minus 129). Before I left, my balance was around Rs.100 But I just cannot understand how it got so far to -129. I didnt even attempt to make calls from abroad. I found this ridiculous.

The customer care executive suggested that I pay Rs. 49 to get a detailed bill of the last transactions made, OR get a bill for the last 5 transactions by sending a toll free SMS. But for the second option, which is actually free, I’ll have to first recharge my account so that the balance is positive and that I am able to send sms.

I want to know, that in case if there is a flaw in the transactions, is there a possibility that I’ll get my money back? Because I seriously doubt that balance. But the options above look a little tricky.
Is there any other way, I can find out about the transactions???

your info will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Regards,
    TAHA

    @ Malti
Nope, that might be some server glitch. You try out by submitting your DND request once again.
