Yes, the long proposed “8″ series mobile numbers are finally rolled out in India and Vodafone is the first operator to make them available for its customers in the state of Bihar and Jharkhand.
Though, 8 series numbers have been allotted to other private networks too but, reportedly they are yet to be made available for the end customers.
