It’s been a verbal war this week for Xiaomi and Realme on twitter. Former hitting it hard on the later with tweets. As we all know, the Redmi is all set to launch its Redmi K20 series in India on July 17. Realme isn’t too far behind as they will be launching their famous much awaited Realme X on July 15, two days prior to Xiaomi’s scheduled launch.
A stripped down version of the original Realme 3 will be launched alongside the Realme X on July 15. Though this is not an official word from the company but sources have speculated the same as per the Flipkart ad made live which clearly states the launch of Realme 3i.
As per the Flipkart listing the Realme 3i would be Real Champion to offer consumers with a stylish design, bigger battery, amazing display and an outstanding camera.
The exact pricing of the phone and other details are still not out. The teaser clearly showcases the phone to have a water drop notch display.
Realme X Sepcifications
The Realme X is 8.6 mm thick with a combined weight of 191 g. The body is made up of plastic and the front panel is backed up by Gorilla Glass 5. The front panel also features a 6.53 inch AMOLED display having 1080 x 2340 pixel resolutions. The display produces 394 PPI as pixel density.
Realme X would feature Color OS 6 on top of Android 9.0 Pie. Inside the phone is where you get the Snapdragon 730 chipset as seen on the Redmi K20 under the sub Rs. 20000 price segment. There is no memory expansion slot but the default options for memory is 4/6/8 GB RAM coupled with 64/128GB internal memory.
The rear side of the phone comprises of a dual camera setup of a 48MP wide sensor having f/1.7 aperture and a secondary 5MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera is a pop-up selfie camera of 16 MP wide sensor having f/2.0 aperture. The same front camera setup was earlier seen on the OnePlus 7 Pro and Vivo F11 Pro and the Vivo V15 Pro. The Realme X is powered by a 3765 mAh battery which has got fast charging feature of 20 W (VOOC 3.0) through the supplied charger. Also, the company claims it can charge the phone up to 55 percent in 30 mins.
