After launching the Samsung Galaxy S8, Samsung Galaxy S8+ globally, the devices are coming officially in India on 19th April 2017. Both the devices have already got a huge response over in Korea, and surprisingly the smartphones have broken all the pre-order records in the US as compared to it’s predecessor – Galaxy S7. At the start of this week, the U.S smartphone buyers are showing their love for these flagship devices from Samsung by pre-ordering the new models in plenty of numbers even though the handsets are expensive. Samsung witnessed a double-digit growth over last year’s Galaxy S7 within a few weeks of the pre-orders going live. It seems that few of the lucky customers will receive a free speaker by pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S8 in the US.
Coming to features and specifications the Galaxy S8 comes with a 5.8 Inches Super AMOLED touchscreen display with QHD resolution at 586ppi, and the other handset Galaxy S8+ packs with a bigger 6.2 inches Super AMOLED touchscreen display than S8 with a QHD resolution at 531ppi. The display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for both the phones.
Both mobiles are packed with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage memory that can be expanded up to 256GB by using microSD card support and powered by Qualcomm 835 chipset processor. Both the handsets run on Android 7.0 Nougat. The Galaxy S8 packs a 3,000mAh battery, and the Galaxy S8+ gets a larger 3,500mAh battery.
