Vivo is going to unveil its new Z series in India today at 12 PM. This smartphone is said to be the first one to have the Snapdragon 712 chipset. The event will be in Delhi and the company will be live streaming the event on their official youtube channel.
Vivo Z1 Pro Specifications
The Z1 Pro comes with a 6.53 inches display which sports 1080 x 2340 pixel resolutions. Inside the phone, you get the first Snapdragon 712 chipset on an Octa-Core processor along with Adreno 616 GPU. The phone will be the first ever in the country to have the Snapdragon 712 chipset.
Memory can be expanded through a dedicated micro SD card slot up to 256 GB. By default, the phone comes with 4/6/8GB RAM and 64/128 GB internal memory.
Optics wise the phone features triple rear cameras. The primary camera is of 16 MP (Wide) with F/1.8 aperture, the secondary camera is of 8 MP (Ultrawide) with f/2.2 aperture and the third one is a 2 MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front side comprises of a single 32 MP selfie shooter having f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity options include 3.5 mm audio jack, WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type C. The fingerprint sensor is rear mounted along with accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass sensors.
The phone is powered by a non-removable 5,000 mAh battery which claims to support 18W fast charging through the supplied charger.
Vivo Z1 Pro Price in India
The Vivo Z1 Pro would be sold exclusively on Flipkart. The landing page on Flipkart confirms the specs of the phone along with other related stuff. The smartphone is claimed to be the global variant of the Vivo Z5x that was launched in May in China. If we consider the pricing of Vivo Z5x in China then the Vivo Z1 Pro is expected to launch somewhere in between Rs.14,500 to Rs.20,000.
The Vivo Z1 Pro is expected to give competition to the existing Samsung M 40 and the Redmi Note 7 from Xiaomi.
